Travis Speelman is an experienced engineer currently serving as a T&D Operations Engineer at Maritime Electric Company, Ltd since May 2024. Prior to this role, Travis worked as a Junior Design Engineer at CMP - Charlottetown Metal Products from April 2023 to May 2024, and gained valuable experience as a Student Engineer at Summerside Electric in the summer of 2021. Earlier career roles include Draftsman at Grandview Welding Ltd from June 2013 to September 2020, Floorhand at Tempco Drilling from September 2017 to March 2019, Labourer at Langille Sharpening in June 2016, and Construction Assistant with Habitat for Humanity PEI in the summer of 2015. Travis holds a degree from the University of Prince Edward Island, where studies were completed between 2010 and 2015.
