Daniel Emery, P.Eng is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Energy Control Operations Engineer at Maritime Electric Company, Ltd since March 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Design Engineer at CMP - Charlottetown Metal Products from July 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included designing and creating drawings for innovative processing equipment and conducting factory acceptance tests. Daniel also has experience as a Student Grader and Laboratory Assistant at the University of Prince Edward Island from January 2016 to May 2018, where feedback and assistance were provided for engineering classes, as well as serving as a Student Research Assistant focused on developing battery load banks for lead-acid battery storage systems. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Design Engineering with a focus on Sustainable Energy from the University of Prince Edward Island, completed in 2018.
