Sisanda Dyubhele, a professionally registered Engineering Technologist, holds an MBA and various degrees in Civil Engineering and Pavement Engineering. Currently serving as Executive Manager: Transportation at MARISWE, Sisanda leads a multi-disciplinary team focused on the Eastern Cape province. Prior roles include Corporate Strategy Specialist and Senior Project Manager at SANRAL, where Sisanda contributed to strategic planning and project management for critical projects. Previous experience includes positions at Royal HaskoningDHV South Africa, JG Afrika (Pty) Ltd, and Engineering Advice and Services, enhancing skills in pavement design, transportation engineering, and project execution.
