Stephen Stark is a highly experienced consultant and educator in the field of transportation and asset management. These include Testing & Commissioning Lead Director at Jacobs and Acting Senior Director at MTA New York City Transit, where efforts focused on integrating asset management techniques into maintenance planning. With a comprehensive background that encompasses senior director positions at MTA Capital Construction and multiple roles at MTA New York City Transit, Stephen Stark has specialized in capital program management and strategic planning.
