Michael Ware has over two decades of experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as a Technical Representative at Marine Systems Corporation since May 2003, focusing on shipyard overhaul and steam to electric conversions. Prior roles include Senior Designer and Designer at AMSEC LLC, where responsibilities involved developing drawings for shipboard piping systems, as well as a brief tenure at JJ Henery in a similar capacity. Michael Ware holds a Certificate in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Tidewater Community College, earned between 1996 and 1998.
