Marcus Gursky, P.E. is a highly experienced civil engineer with a focus on bridge and related structure design and inspection. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Marine Solutions, Inc. since February 2025 and as the Owner of Alder Hill Engineering, LLC since May 2023, Marcus has also held significant roles including Senior Bridge Engineer at HDR and Senior Project Manager at Whitney Bailey Cox & Magnani, LLC. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Structural Engineer at Rossi Transportation Group, Inc., Senior Structural Engineer at Pennoni, and Project Engineer at both Alvi Associates, Inc. and Clark Construction. Marcus Gursky obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman in 2007.
