OTITIGBE Oghenenyerhovwome Festus (CLN) currently serves as a Rigger at Marine Platforms Limited since June 2020. Prior to this role, OTITIGBE held the position of Acting Librarian at Oduduwa University from August 2014 to November 2022. OTITIGBE earned a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria, between 2007 and 2011.
