National Marksmanship at Marine Corps League

Scott Neff Sr. has extensive experience in both military and recreational disciplines, serving in various leadership roles within organizations such as the Marine Corps League, Military Order of the Devil Dogs, and Young Marines of the Marine Corps League since 2010. Scott holds significant positions including National Marksmanship, Vice Commandant for Michigan - East, and Commandant of Macomb Detachment 154. Scott is also an active Pound Keeper for two communities within the Military Order of the Devil Dogs. Additionally, Scott has been a Life Member of the National Rifle Association since 2000, certified in multiple firearm safety disciplines, and has served as a Recreational Safety Instructor for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. Before these roles, Scott had a tenure as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 1983 to 1992 and has worked as a Prototype/Application Engineer in contracting since 1981. Educational background includes attendance at Clawson High from 1979 to 1983 and studies at Oakland Community College.
