Mark Holland has extensive work experience in the IT field. Mark began their career as an Information Technology System Engineer at Farmplan, where they worked from 1994 to 1999. Mark then joined SPP PUMPS, initially as an Information Technology Engineer from 1999 to 2003, and later as a Senior Information Technology Engineer from 2003 to 2013. Mark then took on the role of IT Manager at SPP PUMPS from 2018 to 2023, where they also served as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager from 2013 to 2018. In 2020, they became the Head of IT at the Marine Conservation Society. However, in 2023, they transitioned to become the Group Head of IT at the Soil Association.
Mark Holland attended Dean Magna, a school with no specified degree or field of study. Mark then went on to study Information Technology at Royal Forest of Dean College.
