William Talley has extensive work experience in the banking industry. William started their career in 2001 as a Consumer and Small Business Lender at Harbor Federal Savings Bank. William then worked at Riverside Bank as a Small Business Underwriter III/ Credit Analyst from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they joined TD Bank Group as a FL Small Business Portfolio Manager, where they serviced the existing Small Business Loan Portfolio. In 2012, they moved to PNC and worked in Business Banking until 2015. During the same period, they also worked at CenterState Bank as the VP- Business Lending Express Team Lead. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as the VP/ Small Business Underwriting Manager at Harbor Community Bank. Currently, they are employed at Marine Bank & Trust, starting in 2018. William has held various positions at Marine Bank & Trust, including VP- Sr Commercial Lender & Government Guaranteed Lending Manager and currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Commercial Banking Manager.

William Talley attended Indian River State College from 2001 to 2003, where they earned an AS degree in Financial Services. William then pursued further education at the Florida School of Banking at UF from 2011 to 2013, where they received a degree in Banking Operations with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, William attended the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, specializing in Banking and Financial Support Services.
