Kiara Donato is currently working as a Community Development Manager at MCE, leading bilingual engagement and managing key relationships for the company. Prior to their current role, Kiara served as a Clinic Supervisor at La Clínica de La Raza, where Kiara oversaw school-based health centers, supervised a Contact Tracing team for COVID-19 response, and worked as a Contact Tracer II for Alameda County Public Health Department. Kiara has also worked in various roles such as Sales Associate at San Jose State Event Center, Behavior Therapist at Intercare Therapy, Inc., and Sales Associate at kate spade new york. Kiara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from San Jose State University.
