Tracey Young

M.ed, Senior Director Of Early Learning Programs at Marillac St. Vincent Family Services

Tracey Young, MEd, serves as the Senior Director of Early Learning Programs at Marillac St Vincent Family Services since September 2019, where responsibilities include maintaining compliance with various regulatory bodies and overseeing budgets for the Birth to Five program. Prior to this role, Tracey held multiple positions at the Carole Robertson Center for Learning, including Vice President of Programs, where oversight of direct service programs for 700 children was key, and Site Director, successfully leading accreditation processes. With experience as a Professional Development Advisor Consultant and instructor in early childhood development at several institutions, Tracey has a strong foundation in early childhood education and program development. Tracey holds a Master of Education in Child Development from Erikson Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago, along with training as a Head Start Management Fellow at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
