Megan Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Megan began their career as a Student Coordinator at Miami University, where they organized informational sessions and developed leadership skills. Megan then worked as a Substitute Teacher in both special education and social studies at Fairfield Freshman School and Elmbrook School District. Megan later taught social studies at Leyden High School District 212, focusing on low-performing and at-risk student populations.
Megan then transitioned into the non-profit sector, working as a Senior Trainer at The Posse Foundation, where they facilitated workshops for leadership development and college admissions support. Megan also served as an External Consultant at FUTURO Inc., designing strategic plans and communication strategies for non-profit organizations.
Megan further expanded their skills in employee experience and internal communications at HCA Healthcare, where they worked as an Instructional Designer and a Cultural Development & Inclusion Project Consultant, developing communication plans and supporting enterprise-wide programs.
Most recently, Megan has held positions at Marigold, starting as a Senior Manager of Internal Communications and progressing to roles such as Global Director, Vice President, and currently the VP of Customer Marketing. In these roles, they have led internal communication initiatives and designed the overall customer marketing strategy.

Megan Fletcher holds a Master's Degree in Education from Vanderbilt University (2014-2016). Megan also obtained a Russian Language Certificate from the Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod (LUNN) in 2008. In addition, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies Education and History from Miami University (2004-2008). Megan Fletcher also holds the Illinois Secondary Teaching Certificate from the Illinois Department of Education, obtained in 2009.
