Narinder Dhami has a diverse and impactful career, currently serving as the President of The Sonor Foundation, which invests in transformative leaders and ideas. Dhami is also the Co-Founder of New Power Labs, the Managing Partner of Marigold Capital—an impact investment fund prioritizing underrepresented founders—and an Investor and Board Observer at Goodee, a platform focused on social impact through ethical and inclusive practices. In academia, Dhami lectures on investing for impact at Ryerson University and previously at the Rotman School of Management. Additional roles include being a Responsible Leader at the BMW Foundation, a Board Member and Secretary at CAFIID, and formerly consulting for Okta, Inc. Prior to these roles, Dhami was the Managing Director at LEAP | Pecaut Centre for Social Impact. Educational accomplishments include an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
