Kristina Flynn is an advisor at Marigold Capital, and has been with the company since November 2020. Kristina is also a member of the Advisory Committee for one of North America's first and top Impact Investment Funds. Prior to their work at Marigold Capital, Kristina was the Co-Founder & CEO of jiiWA, a Toronto-based B-Corp that used CRM and mobile technology to connect donors, nonprofits, and end-users for increased transparency and impact measurement. During their time at jiiWA, Kristina was responsible for strategic business planning and operations, financial modelling, partnership development and client management, communications between all partners and the technical team, and day to day project management. Under Kristina's leadership, jiiWA collected over 800,000 data points from 10,000 end-users, secured B-Corp Certification, and was accepted into Acceleprise Toronto Cohort #1 - top US B2B SaaS accelerator, as well as Founder Gym’s Cohort #12 - top US startup program teaching underrepresented founders how to raise venture capital.
Kristina Flynn has a B.A. Honours in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College.
