Owen Rogers is an accomplished independent consultant specializing in executive coaching, design, innovation, and strategy, currently working at Creative Drive since October 2023 and as a strategic partner with The Trium Group since February 2023. With extensive experience, Owen has held various significant roles, including board member positions at Marie Stopes International and Medcan, and a lengthy tenure at IDEO, where contributions spanned from designer to partner and executive director, culminating in a focus on supporting colleagues and clients. Educational achievements include an Executive Coaching Certificate from INSEAD and advanced degrees in design, culminating in a PhD from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
