Annette Weatherley RN, BSc, MSc serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Marie Curie UK since October 2023. Previously, Annette held multiple leadership roles at HCA Healthcare UK from February 2017 to September 2023, including Regional Chief Operating Officer for Joint Ventures, where responsibilities encompassed operational, clinical, and financial management for specialized cancer care facilities. As Chief Nursing Officer for the Joint Ventures Division and Director of the Cancer Network, Annette led the development of clinical pathways and established a new partnership with University Hospital Birmingham. Prior experience also includes serving as Deputy Chief Nurse at University Hospital South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust and Divisional Director of Nursing at Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Annette's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
