Dennis Prause is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Marie Callenders since July 2014, Dennis has previously held managerial positions at El Torito Mexican Restaurant & Cantina from August 2012 to July 2014 and as General Manager at Yum! Brands from February 2004 to September 2012. Dennis is an alumnus of Cypress College.
