Jesus Chaidez has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as Associate Dean (District Director - Enrollment Management) at Maricopa Community Colleges since February 2013, where responsibilities include developing strategic enrollment management initiatives to enhance student enrollment and completion rates. Previously, Jesus held various positions at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, including Coordinator of Student Recruitment and Student Services Specialist, focusing on student needs and recruitment efforts. Jesus's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Higher Education & Leadership from Northern Arizona University, a Bachelor’s in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
