Kirt Gibbs has work experience as the Director of Pre Owned Sales at DARCARS Automotive Group starting in November 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Leasing Consultant at Gates Hudson from March 2014 to November 2016.

Kirt Gibbs started their education at Montgomery Blair High School from 2004 to 2008, where they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. Later, they attended Westwood College-Arlington Ballston, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2009 to 2013. Finally, they completed their education at the same college, obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2011 to 2014.
