Sofia Bendelius has extensive experience in project management and product ownership, currently serving as a Teknisk projektledare at Capio since June 2018. Before this role, Sofia was a Product Owner for Visma Recruit from January 2016 to June 2018, where responsibilities included coordinating various project elements. Sofia's earlier experience includes working as a System Analyst at Aditro, where participation in the entire system development process involved customer interaction and specification writing. Additionally, roles as Candidate Manager and Researcher at Titan IT AB involved comprehensive recruitment duties and internal administration. Sofia's career began with customer service positions at Anticimex and various other roles that provided a strong foundation in teamwork and client engagement. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Uppsala University.
