Farwa Ali has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 as a Radio Jockey (RJ) at Radio Frequency 101. In 2012, they took on an Internee role at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Center. Later that same year, Farwa began their role as Marketing Head at Sports Board Punjab, where they developed marketing content for blogs, social media, and electronic media. In 2013, they took on the role of Radio Anchor at Samaa Fm and Senior Program Manager at Sports Board Punjab. In 2014, Farwa became the Business Development Manager at Mezino Technologies. In 2021, they began their role as Head of Healthcare Business at Chughtai Lab. Most recently, in 2022, Farwa became the CEO of Tocdoc.

Farwa Ali received a Master's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, and Advertising from the Institute of Business Administration, PU in 2014, following their BBA (Hons) in Marketing, HR, Finance, and Management from the University of the Punjab in 2012.
