Nicholas Chan currently serves as Design Lead for both Margin Innovation and YLabs, where expertise in human-centered design and innovation for complex environments is applied. Previously, Nicholas held key roles including Associate Design Director at frog, Manager of Design Strategy at Deloitte, and Lead Experience Designer at Mount Sinai Health System, focusing on health care and inclusive innovation. Education includes an MFA in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management Economics and Fine/Studio Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz. With a rich background in service design and social innovation, Nicholas is committed to addressing global challenges, particularly those affecting youth and underserved communities.
