Bizhou W. is an experienced independent consultant currently serving as an Independent Project Lead in Cultural Insights and Design Research, applying interdisciplinary approaches and multi-cultural perspectives. Since May 2023, Bizhou has been a team member at Margin Innovation, supporting socially-minded organizations with strategic innovation and design. Previous roles include Director at Inner Chapter, where trans-cultural collaboration between the US and China was facilitated, and Open Innovation & UCD Manager at Polestar, focusing on brand transformation for a luxury EV market. With a background also including positions at R/GA, BEHNISCH ARCHITEKTEN, and the International Architecture Biennale Rotterdam, Bizhou combines expertise in strategy, design research, and architectural practice. Education includes ongoing studies in International Development at SOAS University of London and a certificate course in Social Entrepreneurship at LSE.
