Alicia Fitzpatrick is an experienced professional in program management and education, currently serving as the Program Director for Quality of Life and Animal Welfare at Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies since April 2020. Previously, Alicia held the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer at Camp Fire Columbia and spent a decade at the International Rescue Committee in various capacities, including Deputy Director of Programs and Deputy Director of Consortia Programs. Alicia's earlier roles include Program Coordinator for a World Bank-funded education initiative in Senegal and The Gambia, and Secondary Science Teacher at Zuni Public School District, where contributions were made to the development of the district's science curriculum. Alicia holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in International Community Economic Development and a Master of Arts in Teaching - Secondary Education.
