Alison McPhail is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as a Senior FP&A Manager at Marex since September 2023. Prior to this role, Alison held the position of FP&A Manager at Brookfield Renewable from November 2022 to September 2023 and served in various FP&A-related roles at John Laing from January 2018 to November 2022, including Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Management Accountant. Earlier career experience includes a position as Assistant Accountant at Salix Finance between January 2016 and December 2017, and an Industrial Placement at GSK in 2013-2014. Alison holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University, obtained between 2011 and 2015, and completed secondary education at Glenalmond College from 2007 to 2011.
