Ranald H. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ranald is currently the Sales and Marketing Director for Software Solutions at Marel since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Controlant from 2014 to 2023, where they held the positions of Vice President of Sales and Business Development Director, specializing in pharmaceutical supply chain optimization and automation. Ranald also served as President of Iceland Rugby from 2018 to 2022 and as the National Team Manager from 2011 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Ranald worked at ProNor as the Head of Sales for Norway and Iceland, at Sysdekk as the Sales and Marketing Director, and at BRIDEMA A/S as the Northern European Sales Manager. Ranald began their career as a Sales Executive at the marcus evans Group and as an Account Executive at NFU Mutual.

Ranald H. attended Heriot-Watt University from 1995 to 1998, where they studied Accounting and Finance. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the ProJet 3500/3500MAX Technical Training Field Service from 3D Systems Corporation in an unspecified year. Ranald also obtained the Certifed Solidworks Sales Specialist certification from Dassault Systèmes in 2010.
