Manny Sbirakis is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in service delivery and IT management. Currently serving as the Director of Services at Marcum Technology since March 2019, Manny specializes in IT services, cyber security, software development, digital marketing, staffing, and telecom within a leading managed services provider. Previously, Manny held multiple roles at Pro4ia from 2007 to March 2019, culminating as Senior Manager of Client Technology and Services, where responsibilities included overseeing service delivery and enhancing customer retention. Manny's earlier roles include MSP Manager and Systems Engineering Team Lead, where contributions led to the establishment of Pro4ia's Managed Services Provider capabilities. Manny began a career at the International Culinary Institute from 2002 to 2007, transitioning from Help Desk Technician to Systems Engineer. Manny holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
