Victoria Ayers is an experienced Event Manager currently working at MarCom Group, a woman-owned small business specializing in advertising, marketing communications, and event management since February 2023. Prior to this role, Victoria served as Client Services Manager at Cescaphe, a leading wedding brand in Philadelphia, from November 2019 to September 2022, and held event management positions at both the Curtiss Hotel and Cescaphe Event Group.
