Meagan Allers is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and community management, currently serving as Head of Community & Partnerships and Head of Customer Success at Marco Polo since April 2016. Achievements include building a support and account management team, maintaining a high NPS, conducting account audits, and collaborating with product teams on enhancements. Meagan has also created an ambassador community, facilitated webinars, and managed partnerships with influencers and organizations.
