Lucas is an Associate at March Capital. Prior to joining March, Lucas was a growth equity investor at Kayne Partners Fund, where he was primarily responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities in software. In addition, he assisted with monitoring Kayne’s portfolio companies and supported deal execution. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, Lucas worked at Bain & Co. as a consultant in Los Angeles, where he conducted market due diligence for a variety of private equity funds.

Lucas graduated with a B.A. in Business and Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
