Sapana Bhavsar currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Marcellus Investment Managers since March 2021. Prior to this role, Sapana held various positions at CRISIL Limited from May 2014 to March 2021, including Associate Director and Manager of Human Resources, focusing on HR operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at DSP Merrill Lynch Ltd. from July 2010 to April 2014, where responsibilities involved HR service center and benefits administration, and as Assistant Manager at Bank of America from March 2006 to June 2010, also within the HR service center. Academic qualifications include a Master in Labour Studies from 2006, a Master of Commerce from the University of Mumbai (2004), and a Bachelor of Commerce from R.A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics (2002).
