Sebastian Malczewski is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the footwear industry. As the Founder and CEO of Marc Nolan since October 2017, Malczewski has successfully launched a men's footwear and lifestyle brand, achieving over 250% year-over-year growth for its e-commerce platform. Prior to this venture, Malczewski co-founded Dursen Shoes in January 2016, where responsibilities included leading product development and managing inventory, sales, and operations. Earlier in the career, Malczewski worked as a Manager at Figaro European Shoes from January 2008 to January 2016, where sales increased by over 200% and three store locations were opened and managed.
