Paul Dofton is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project development and process engineering. Currently serving as Principal Engineer - Project Development at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since October 2008, Paul has a diverse history of roles, including Project Development and Engineering Manager and Major Capital Synergy Project Manager at Tesoro Corporation from 2010 to 2020. Earlier positions at Tesoro spanned from Technical Manager of Process Engineering to Senior Process Engineer, demonstrating a comprehensive expertise in engineering management. With prior experience at Saudi Aramco, Sun Refining And Marketing Company, and BP, Paul possesses significant knowledge in refinery processes and operational management. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, earned between 1977 and 1981.
