Previous roles include managing multi-million dollar project portfolios as a Project Controls Specialist at Marathon Petroleum, where Jesse demonstrated expertise in cost forecasting and risk management. Additionally, Jesse held the position of Mayor of the Village of Green Springs, becoming the youngest elected mayor in its history, responsible for overseeing a budget of $2.5 million and fostering community development. Jesse's foundational experience includes roles in project management and estimation, alongside service as a Flight Engineer in the U.S. Navy.
