Taís Ohtani is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and strategy in the technology and logistics sectors. Currently, Taís is building Mara since February 2022, following roles at 99 as an Operations Specialist focused on 99Food and as part of various operational teams from December 2020 to February 2022. Previous experience includes a position at Rappi where Taís drove deliveryboy marketplace efficiency through quantitative analysis and team support, alongside developing strategies in user engagement and planning across Brazil. Earlier, Taís worked as a Business Analyst at QuintoAndar, managing user engagement and improving the rental process through data-driven initiatives, and contributed to operations analysis and driver loyalty programs at 99 in earlier roles. Taís holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from ESEG and has completed programs at the University of Tennessee and Texas Tech University.
