Mehdi Shishehgar is an experienced professional in contract management with a strong background in the engineering and manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Head of Contract Affairs at MAPNA Boiler and Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing Co. since November 2022, Mehdi previously held roles at the same company as International and Local Contracts Senior Specialized from July 2016 to December 2022, focusing on contractual interpretations and compliance with FIDIC standards. Prior to that, Mehdi was the Head of Contracts Affairs at Hirbodan Co., where responsibilities included monitoring contractor performance and resolving disputes. Mehdi's career began at Mapna Group, where from May 2009 to March 2015, expertise was developed in negotiating and finalizing various domestic and international contracts. Mehdi is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Islamic Azad University, which is expected to enhance strategic leadership capabilities.
