Joseph Carlino currently serves as Vice President of Investment & Asset Management at Mapletree since September 2024. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at Dexus from January 2013 to July 2024, including Divisional Portfolio Manager, Asset Manager for Retail & Industrial, Senior Performance Manager, and Management Accountant focused on the TM1 Project. Joseph's earlier career includes roles at AMP Capital Investors as a Property Accountant and at Ford Land Company as an Assistant Accountant. Joseph's educational background includes a Post Graduate degree in Applied Finance from Kaplan University and an Undergraduate degree in Business and Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, along with CPA Australia certification completed between 2012 and 2014.
