Ellin Pan started their work experience as a Senior Contract Engineer at Shanghai Hongkong Construction Management Co., Ltd in December 2004 and held this position until November 2011. In December 2011, they joined Mapletree as an Associate Director in Cost & Contract, Development Management, China.

Ellin Pan studied at Tongji University from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management.
