James Perry, CFA, CAIA, is the Head of Institutional Investor Solutions at Maples Group, leading the enhancement of service offerings for institutional investors since July 2016. Previously, James Perry held the position of Chief Investment Officer at the Dallas Police & Fire Pension System from September 2015 to July 2016 and served as Assistant Chief Investment Officer for the Texas Tech University Endowment from March 2014 to August 2015, where collaboration on innovative asset allocation strategies took place. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Investment Officer at SBCERA from June 2004 to March 2014, overseeing portfolio construction and management of a diverse asset base exceeding $4.5 billion. James Perry holds an MBA from National University and a BASc in Biochemical & Biophysical Science from the University of Houston.
