Victor O. Adeleke is an experienced professional in the fields of research and community leadership, currently serving as Community Lead at Maple since June 2024, focusing on on-chain credit protocols. As the Founder and Research Manager at Etz Research, started in February 2023, Victor specializes in thesis-driven research and growth strategies for blockchain businesses. Prior experience includes a role as Research Manager at BECO Capital, where Victor contributed to notable deals in the Web2 and Web3 sectors, and as a Research Analyst at CB Insights, producing in-depth reports on emerging technologies. Victor began a career in industry research at IBISWorld, authoring reports that leveraged macroeconomic data for accurate industry forecasts. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School, completed in 2017, and attended the Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, & Humanities from 2011 to 2013.
