Kelsey Jordan has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Kelsey started as a Line Cook at Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa during their externship for culinary school. Kelsey then worked at Seasons Rotisserie & Grill as a Prep Cook and later as a Garde Manger Cook. Kelsey also worked for Kg Restaurant Group Inc as a Saucier for a brief period. Kelsey gained managerial experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they later transitioned to the role of F&B Manager in Training. Kelsey also worked at The Culinary Institute of America as a Student Assistant, performing various roles including server and cook. Kelsey served as a Server at Fat Ox and Virtu, and most recently held the positions of Captain and Head Maitre D' at Maple & Ash.
Kelsey Jordan pursued their education in the culinary arts and wine and beverage industry. From 2013 to 2015, they attended The Culinary Institute of America and obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Following that, they continued their studies at the same institution and from 2015 to 2016, they earned a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree with a specialization in Wine and Beverage.
Additionally, Kelsey obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise. In 2016, they completed the Bar Smarts certification. In 2018, Kelsey obtained the Intro Sommelier certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers. However, there is no available information about the TIPPS certification.
