Norma Anderson has extensive experience in the insurance and data management sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst for the Enterprise Data Warehouse at Mapfre since January 2016, Norma is a key member of the new Data Governance Department, focusing on guiding the organization into the digital future. Previously, Norma worked at OneShield, Inc. as an Implementation Developer and later as a Senior Implementation Developer Rating Lead, where responsibilities included developing rating algorithms. Prior roles include Marketing Specialist/Operations Manager at Easter Seals Massachusetts and various technical analyst positions at Hanover Insurance. Norma holds a Master of Science in Insurance from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Becker College, along with additional education from IESE Business School.
