Katherine Baran Paiz is an experienced compensation manager with a strong background in human resources and reward management. Currently serving as Compensation Manager at MAPFRE, Katherine has held various leadership roles, including VP, Reward Manager at Citizens Financial Group and VP, Sr Compensation Consultant at Bank of America, where responsibilities also encompassed compensation consulting and HR business partnership. Previously at Fleet Boston Financial, Katherine held roles such as Compensation Consultant and HR Business Partner, and began career as an HR Financial Analyst at BankBoston. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from Boston University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Human Resources Management at Bentley University.
