Damon Dowell is an accomplished tax executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Tax at MAPFRE since December 2018, Damon has previously held significant roles at Deloitte, including Managing Director and Senior Manager from November 2015 to December 2018. Prior to that, Damon was a Financial Services Tax Director at PwC from July 2002 to November 2015. Educationally, Damon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in December 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from North Carolina State University, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
