Jørgen Røgelstad has worked in various roles in different companies. Jørgen started their career as a Butikkmedarbeider at Coop Norge in 2018. In 2020, they served in the Norwegian Armed Forces for their Førstegangstjeneste. After that, they joined Baker Hansen as a Butikkmedarbeider in 2021. In 2022, they worked as a Salgskonsulent at Telenor and later as a Salgsrepresentant at Savvie. Currently, they are employed as a Business Development Executive at MAPAL Group.

Jørgen Røgelstad pursued their education at BI Norwegian Business School from 2021 to 2024. During this period, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Entreprenørskap.
