Karenina Marie Reyes-Fabregar, CLSSGB, has extensive experience in customer service and complaint resolution, currently serving as a Complaints Supervisor at Manulife Philippines since October 2015. In this role, Karenina manages complaints across various business units. Previously, as a Customer Care Supervisor, responsibilities included team supervision, training new employees, preparing performance reports, handling escalations, and providing floor support. Additionally, Karenina contributed to transformation initiatives as a Project Lead within a SWAT task force and completed Six Sigma Green Belt training. Early experience includes a Customer Care Assistant role at Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. Karenina holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Marketing Management from St. Scholastica's College, Manila.
