L Ridka SE. CFP. QWP started their work experience as a Senior Unit Manager at Prudential Indonesia in February 2002 and worked there until August 2013. From September 2013 to June 2023, they served as the President Agency Manager at Panin Dai-ichi Life, where they delivered integrated financial solutions to clients and provided objective and honest opinions to help clients achieve their financial goals. Since January 2023, they have been working as the Business Director at Manulife Indonesia (PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia).

L Ridka SE. CFP. QWP completed their Bachelor's degree in Management from Universitas Tarumanagara (Untar) from 2011 to 2016. In that same year, they also obtained the title of Qualified Wealth Planner from IAFP Global in the field of Wealth Management. Additionally, they achieved certification as a Certified Financial Planner from the Institute of Financial Planning Indonesia, specializing in Financial Planning and Services. In December 2011, Ridka obtained another certification as a Certified Financial Planner from the Financial Planner Standard Board Indonesia.
