Eri's background includes significant achievements in B2C sales management at Alodokter and various roles in the insurance sector, including Agency Manager at AIA Indonesia and Associate Telemarketing Manager at Axa Life Indonesia, overseeing large teams and executing comprehensive sales strategies. Eri's educational qualifications include a Sarjana Sastra in English Language and Literature from STIBA Jakarta and a bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from STIMA YAKSI.
