Joe Vinciquerra is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing industry with extensive experience in growth and innovation, currently serving as a Growth and Innovation Advisor at MAGNET The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network since September 2016. Previously, Joe held multiple leadership roles, including Sales Director and Senior Application Engineer at Water Star Inc. from July 2012 to September 2016, and Technology Manager at Avery Dennison from July 2011 to June 2012. Joe also served as the Director of Engineering Services at Alloy Bellows and Precision Welding and held various positions at Eltech Systems Corporation, including Supervisor of QA and Manufacturing Engineering and Product Line Area Manager. Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned between 1988 and 1993.
